Rochester Art Center The Rochester Art Center cantilevers over the Zumbro River expanding its tight site. A copper-clad tower box houses circulation, plumbing and mechanical functions. The zinc-clad box contains art galleries and studios, and floats above the transparent Mayo Clinic lobby which links city to park and river to gardens.
